Project brief
Working on a luxury new build in South West London, Home House Holdings were looking for a reliable new staircase supplier that could provide the quality finish they needed for their project.
Due to previous experience with other suppliers, Home House Holdings approached Multi-Turn with a standout vision for the stairs in this striking, high-end home.
The design needed to be bold to tie in with the expansive hallway, saving room to incorporate a stunning under-stair wine storage space.
Our solution
Over the years, Home House Holdings has build a strong reputation for quality, excellent design, so needed a staircase for their new development that would reflect exactly that.
Beginning with large bottom feature steps to create a grand entrance, these incredible redwood pine stairs feature undercut strings, structural glass balustrade and sleek continuous handrails which blend seamlessly up the two floors of the home. Our workshop team crafted the stairs using a high-grade pine to achieve a stunning painted finish, adding zig zag coverboards to hide away any glass fixings whilst enhancing the stepped appearance, along with wall strings on the opposite side to match with the skirting.
Finished in black paint with the addition of a plush carpet runner, this is a truly breathtaking staircase. Home House Holdings did an outstanding job with utilising the space underneath too, creating a contemporary wine storage area with glass and fixings to match the stairs.
