I joined the Multi-Turn team in 1996. I spent time in sales, finance, manufacturing and surveying of projects to gain a well-rounded knowledge and experience of each department in the company.
As Managing Director now, I am supported by my two brothers and can depend on the ACCOUNTABILITY, LOYALTY, INTEGRITY and VITALITY of our staff whilst they strive for EXCELLENCE which all helps to bring the team ALIVE!
Outside of work, I enjoy spending time outdoors with my young family and their support has helped me to beat off cancer twice.
When I joined Multi-Turn in 1994, there was just my father and I operating the wood turning lathes. I have been fully involved in the company’s journey from our humble beginnings to our current premises, where we provide employment for our third generation of family and other team members.
Today, I head up the sales team and spend time on the road visiting existing and prospective clients.
Outside of work, I am kept busy whittling down my wife’s ‘to-do list’ and taking care of our five children. I have made several items of furniture in the workshop for our home, too!
I have worked closely with my father all my life and joined Multi-Turn in 1998. I oversee training, production, stores and deliveries. I’m also responsible for aftersales.
My two sons also work at Multi-Turn, who are contributing to bring the business up to the next level!
I joined Multi-Turn in 2017 as sales team leader to assist the company with its continued growth, supporting the telesales and sales teams to grow and evolve.
I also support the company in training and development. There is nothing I enjoy more than seeing the teams grow, bringing new ideas to the way we work. As a team, we constantly strive to make our processes seamless to enhance the customer experience.
Away from work, I have two dogs that keep me fit and a granddaughter who keeps me entertained.
I joined the team at Multi-Turn in 2016 and, having worked throughout the workshop, I now have a full understanding of all the processes of manufacture.
I program the CNC machines and manage all the scheduling for production to ensure every staircase arrives on time.
I joined the Multi-Turn team in March 2023. I work in Business Development and support the sales team by creating new leads and establishing and strengthening customer relationships. My aim is to expand Multi-Turn’s reach, through promoting of the company to builders and merchants alike.
Outside of work I enjoy going to car shows and festivals.
I joined the Business Development team in the summer of 2024. Having had no prior experience of working in an office I have been given the opportunity to learn and grow alongside a team of talented professionals. I enjoy seeking out new opportunities for growth both within and outside of the business.
I Joined Multi-Turn in 2006 as a qualified Carpenter & Joiner working making stairs for 3 years in the workshop, before joining the Sales Telesales team.
I enjoy speaking with customers and this has helped with the company’s expansion to the present day where I head up the telemarketing team.
In today’s business world, integrity, trust and service are paramount to the future and I want to be a part of Multi-Turn’s further development for years to come.
Having a years’ experience in telesales I joined Multi-Turn in 2025, As a Business Development professional, using all my skills I have picked up along the way I focus on building strong relationships with builders, contractors, and architects to deliver high-quality, bespoke timber staircase solutions. My role involves identifying new business opportunities, preparing jobs, and collaborating closely with our internal design and production teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
Outside of work I play Multiple sports like Cricket, Tennis and Golf which always becomes competitive with mates.
I joined Multi-Turn in 2003 and spent nearly 11 years in the workshop before moving into sales in 2014. Having the experience of my time in the workshop has given me invaluable project knowledge that helps me every day to ensure our customers reach their goals.
Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with and looking after my wife and two young daughters. If there is any spare time after that, then I enjoy a good walk (Dorset is beautiful wherever you go!) or visiting a distillery or two when I visit family in Scotland.
I recently graduated from university and have since started a new role at Multi-Turn, stepping into the world of sales. I’ve been warmly welcomed by the team and given strong support and training, allowing me to quickly learn and grow. I thoroughly enjoy the fast-paced nature of the role and the wide variety of clients I engage with each week, making every day both dynamic and rewarding.
On weekends, you’ll usually find me either chasing a cricket ball around the pitch or under my car, installing a modification it definitely didn’t need—but absolutely deserved
Having grown up in the industry, I spent many months in the workshop prior to joining Multi-Turn in 2014, where I continued in the workshop to gain experience and knowledge about each type of staircase and its construction.
With what I’d learnt, I moved to the sales team and very much enjoy working in the winning team culture we have here at Multi-Turn.
I joined the Multi-Turn Sales team in January 2020 to assist as the company continued to grow.
My decision to join Multi-Turn was down to the core values that they demonstrate on a day-to-day basis – Accountability, Loyalty, Integrity, Vitality and Excellence! These values, along with the passion within the team, makes every day an enjoyable experience. I couldn’t ask to work within a nicer team.
Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my Wife and Son, taking walks in the countryside, wildlife photography and travel.
As part of Multi-Turn’s team of sales consultants, I am passionate about creating solutions for projects, whether for a clients dream home or to help a contractor ensure profitability through our staircase success package.
I joined in 2015 working in the factory, then the following year with an influx of enquiries I was offered a place in the sales team. The hands-on experience in the factory, along with my passion for working with wood since being very young, has proved invaluable in my sales role.
At weekends I’ve always enjoyed helping friends and family with anything carpentry; from cutting roofs to, of course, fitting stairs!
Outside of work, number one for me is looking after my wife. We enjoy getting out and about at weekends, and especially enjoy the Lake District when visiting her family near by the Lakes.
I joined Multi-Turn in January 2023 as a member of the sales team, helping customers realise their staircase requirements on their projects. In April 2024 I changed job role and now work as an estimator for our sales team, getting prices together and compiling the quotations.
Outside of work, I enjoy DIY and cooking, and spending time with family and friends.
As part of my job role, I support the sales team, production team and survey team. It’s always interesting for me to see projects go through our system from initial enquires to becoming orders and being booked into our production schedule.
Outside of work, I enjoy most sports, especially running and love a long run to relax at the end of the day. I also enjoy cooking for family & friends and experimenting with new recipes in my spare time.
I joined Multi-Turn in 2024 and prior to that I have worked in General Management and Operational Director roles for companies in the construction manufacturing sectors.
Multi-Turn are a renowned Hampshire business that have fantastic experience within the Stair market and have huge potential for growth. My main priority is to ensure everyone goes home safe, every day, and help build the business that will support the market growth potential.
Outside of Multi-Turn I am a husband and a father to two boys which keeps me busy! I also enjoy traveling and keeping active.
Having already had a number of years’ experience in the construction industry, I joined the Multi-Turn team in 2017 as a project surveyor. This is a very interesting and varied role, with every day bringing something different. We’re really passionate as a team to get our stairs to fit first time!
I really enjoy travelling, being out and about, going to different places and meeting clients – we regularly get to some very interesting sites as part of our job when surveying for stairs!
I joined Multi-Turn in 2006, where I spent 9 years in the workshop manufacturing our bespoke staircases.
In 2015, I joined the surveying team and use my knowledge and skills of the workshop to help me to design staircases.
I enjoy going out to site, meeting new clients, and helping them with their staircase requirements.
Born in South Africa, I recently joined the Multi-Turn team. I have extensive experience in finance and administration and am an enthusiastic people’s person. I’m excited to be a part of the team and look forward to making a worthwhile contribution to the company.
There’s absolutely nothing I love more than a good cup of coffee and the smell of the pages of an intriguing book to help me unwind.
I joined Multi-Turn in 2016 as Accounts Assistant, moving on to become Accounts Payable Manager as the company grew. I also get involved with component purchasing and sales, and look after the payroll along with various behind the scenes business processes.
I enjoy being part of a growing team, striving to beat our goals and look forward to progressing within the accounts department as the business continues to expand.
When not at work, I enjoy being outside and giving my time to worthwhile charitable causes.
In 2020, I joined Multi-Turn’s surveying team and use my knowledge and skills from managing a tiling contractor to assist with keeping your projects on schedule and designing your stairs to ensure they fit first time.
Outside of work, I enjoy a relaxing game of golf.
Having had a long and varied career in client facing roles, Customer Service feels just right for me. Mine is the principal voice at the end of the phone always delivering the best to all callers as swiftly and as accurately as possible, with an aim that my colleagues across the company are kept free to focus on their core roles. As a consequence I feel connected to all departments within Multi-Turn, which I love.
