Precision-made stairs

We start by identifying the right design and material specification to ensure the stairs will be a successful part of your development project.

We cover every design style and specification to suit your development; from single-property developments to large sites with multiple homes.

Multi-Turn Quality Assurance certification

Every Multi-Turn staircase is finished with our distinctive Badge of Quality Assurance – your certification of authenticity, applied only after our craftsmen have dry assembled your staircase and checked every joint to our exacting standards.

When you see this badge, you’re seeing our promise: that your staircase has been built to the highest standards by skilled craftsmen who take pride in their work. It represents a symbol of quality assurance that’s been trusted by the UK construction industry since 1989.

Selecting the right timber staircase style for you

Budget

Before you set out on your project journey, you need to have a budget in mind; it will be key to everything going forward, including your material and style choices.

Design

The staircase design you select will need to be one that fits with the size and configuration of your home. Your staircase also plays an important role in interior design, so it doesn’t just have to be a functional element. Enhance your staircase with feature details such as bottom steps, open risers, and cut strings to create a design that reflects your style.

Safety

When making any structural changes to your property, you should always ensure that these meet safety regulations to avoid having to make costly changes later down the line. While all our staircases are manufactured to adhere to UK regulations, we can work with you to make recommendations on the best set-up that will fit with your requirements.

Materials

While the bulk of your staircase will be constructed using timber, think about the materials that you could incorporate to reflect and enhance the surroundings. Add contrast through light and dark colours or different materials to create definition and interest. If your interiors are quite minimalistic or contemporary, consider how materials like glass or stainless steel could make an impact.

Finishing touches

When designing your staircase, don’t forget to think about the extra touches you can incorporate. Balustrades can give your design a whole new look. Handrails can add a touch of elegance or simplicity. The bottom steps can make a statement and seamlessly blend your staircase with its surroundings.
